A few of the most commonly asked questions…
1. Do you have our date available?
Most couples book 15-18 months in advance. Once you have selected your date, please contact us for availability. We only book a limited number of weddings on any given day.
2. Do we get a DVD of our images?
Yes, a high resolution DVD is included in all our standard packages. You will have printing rights for all your images.
3. Is a 2nd Photographer available?
A 2nd photographer is included in all our standard packages. They are true photographers and not just assistants. They assist each other in helping your day run on schedule and smoothly, and ensure that they capture complementing angles and activities at the event.
4. What is full-day coverage?
Full-day coverage begins with the first photographer and the bride approximately 1 ½ hours prior to her departing for the ceremony. This typically begins at the location of where the bride is dressing. The photographer will continue to capture moments of the bride and the bridesmaids up to the beginning of the ceremony. A 2nd photographer can also cover the groom and his attendants.
Then as the ceremony begins, the photographer works to capture every moment including group photos of the family and bridal party after the ceremony. After the ceremony, we will travel to a different location to concentrate on the bride and groom and their bridal party. Next is the reception! We stay through all the festivities, generally finishing with the garter and bouquet toss.
5. How long till we see our images?
We know you are excited to see your wedding images! They will be online approximately two weeks after the wedding. We will contact you when they are posted. After that, you will receive your DVD. Once you have submitted your final order to us for albums, etc., your order will be ready in approximately 8-10 weeks.
6. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes. It is a great opportunity of take some nice shots of the two of you before the wedding! You receive a DVD of the images, with a printing release. So, if you want to do “Save the Dates” or personalize invitations, etc., you can.
It can also be a great opportunity to meet and develop a rapport with your photographer.
A session is $175. It covers approximately 1 hour of photography, at one location.
